A buddy of mine used to model frequently for life drawing classes ("They were generous", he would say of the drawings). Boners are the least of your worries; the real issue is holding the exact same pose for an hour or more. If you can do that, that's all that matters to them, so assuming you get a stiffy in that situation, I can promise they wouldn't get offended.
