I really don't understand, the same with furries. The argument of "we don't want the community" definitely doesn't apply for this comic. Laws on the internet shouldn't always be respected, they should be guidelines and serve to confer moderation a moral high ground on content deletion, but let the millage vary when it come to enforcing them, and allow them to be ignored if no harm is down
