If she auditioned the best, she auditioned the best. End of fucking story. The whole point of theatre is that, in the end, sheer acting ability and stage presence overwhelms everything else. I have cast women as men, men as women, black as white as indian as maori, and every age between 16 and 50 as every age between 16 and 50.

Do people complain that they do not fit the role? No. The only complain that they do not pull it off - in effect, that they did not act well enough to convince the audience to ignore the problem.

Now, race/age/sex/build matters. It is a minus point, or a few if you are playing far across from yourself. But if you act well enough that, even with your missing features I like you most, you get the damned gig. Few women will play men, few older people play the quite young, and I prefer to cast on-race, because these all work on a bell-curve. But every bell curve has its endpoint.

Right now in the play I am running the one actor I'm genuinely happy with the casting is a female playing an astronaut from 1969 because she was the only one to really nail the character, the accent, and the Right Stuff attitude it needed. The audience will get over her being female as soon as they hear her talk - and besides, everybody looks the same in a spacesuit.

Which is why if the 'problem' is WHITE GIRL PLAYED BY BLACK GIRL the solution is not LOL SHE WAS BLACK ALL ALONG, it's "too fucking bad, her audition was flawless".

Because Albus Severus has severe daddy issues, they use a super special advanced Time Turner to break all established lore about time travel so he can go back in time to prevent Cedric Diggory's death by severely embarrassing him in the dragon challenge. For some reason this makes Cedric go Death Eater, which for some reason sways the entire tide of the battle so Voldy wins.
They go back again to fix time, but somehow this results in Voldemort having a secret daughter. She tricks them into going back to the night Harry's parents died. Hermoine, who is in a high position in the Ministry of Magic (which apparently puts a strain on her and Ron's relationship), uses her influencs to get another Plot Breaking Time Turner. To stop Voldemort's daughter from somehow helping Voldy kill baby Harry, the adult Golden Trio plus Draco join Albus and Scorpio in the past, and because they don't want to super screw up the future again, Harry has to watch his parents die.
For some reason watching his 40-something father cry about watching his parents get killed makes Albus relate to his dear old chosen one dad more and they live miserably ever after.

tl;dr: Harry's son and Draco's son are probably gay and definitely idiots, they break time accidentally, any happy ending implied by the end of the series is apparently a sham.
