I'm currently coding the scene that triggers when your forces capture Brienne of Tarth. She is sent to your castle and your interaction with her changes depending on if you have both the Stark girls in your harem already. There are a few ways the encounter can go down:

There are a few new scenes, but they're pretty empty. You can honestly blow through it all in under half an hour. Despite the art, which I personally like, the writing is boring and the scenes themselves aren't very hot. There are no consequences to anything and there's no real build up.

I'd wait a bit longer and see if they pull things together a bit better.

You know what's time-consuming? Finding and selecting the right music for each location and scene in your game.
I mean, you have to find it, listen to most if not all of the track then decide if it really fits what you're trying to do. Even with those big music aggregating sites, it's a lot of work to trawl through the songs.
When you've got a few dozen locations, that's a big job. I've spent most of the day tracking down appropriate tunes for this game. This is the sort of things you guys don't see happening. This is the sort of thing that blows out production time.

It could be that UE plans to commission art after he finishes his work on BB. I think that would be a smart move anyway. Waiting until you know everything you need will allow you to commission all of the art at once, which should get you a better price and make it more likely that you're going to get all the art in a timely manner. If UE announces plans to do that I'd probably donate to his patreon. BB with professional art would be GOAT.

I was totally blown away by Bitch Breaker's development speed when UE first started because it went from concept to having decent playable shit in a month, but that kind of speed isn't typical. It should take a while before we see anything remotely resembling actual gameplay from OldSpice. Just give him time, and don't be too impatient.
