I think that most people would rather fap to a penetration loop that you can leave running as long as you want. It's less common to want to fap over a perpetual creampie or cum shot. Animating decent cum physics in SFM requires more work than the actual fuck loop, meaning the "artist" is working hard for something that won't even be that popular.

I might be wrong, but I thought that the game model hadn't been properly ripped yet due to file format changes. There are two SFM versions - one SFW and one NSFW. They are both WIPs, and model developers often lose interest, leaving them in an unfinished state.
