Ranma via plot device has curse amplified so it begins to override his regular form, slowly undergoing osmosis with the endgame being water having no effect on Ranma's physical form.
Starts off as a cuntboy, gradually filling out over a year. Would start off as only known between him and Dr. Tofu (perhaps Cologne to give exposition?) but slowly build up on those in on the secret as time goes on. Akane and Ryoga learning early on is a given, with the romantic split being between them (/u/ and vanilla RanRyo being explored). A majority of other love interests lose interest once Ranko is known to be the endgame.
Drama would be driven by the cast examining how they treat Ranma and Ranko differently and how the line is blurred as time goes on (have gag for Kuno thinking Ranma is turning into a doppleganger of the Pigtailed Girl, and immediately drops his infatuation if informed, not wanting to cheat on his beloved.)

The main turmoil is Ranma being forced to confront his own self-image and detachment from femininity due to having his regular form and cursed form be separate entities. Ranma would need to accept his/her own limitations, and understand that Ranma is still Ranma even if he changes/grows as a person. Ranma growing as she learns she doesn't need to dive deep to be female, but diving at all doesn't make him weaker.

Story ideas include:
>Ranma roleplaying as Akane in an effort to prepare him for asking her out (possibly progressing to friends with benefits, with them each realizing it's getting harder to imagine it's Akane)
>Shampoo's attempts to revert the curse having temporary but amusing side-effects on Ranma
>Akane and Ranma exploring both sisterly and /u/worthy scenarios as the former attempts to ween the later into femininity (definitely would need a ongoing plot thread of loaning out underwear, until Ranma can't fit anymore.)
>Ranma having to re-enroll as female at school over the summer once changes are apparent

Been thinking about the story again, particularly in how well Ranma takes to the changes/permanence in relation to how far into the story it goes.

I'd like to subvert the trope of the protagonist not accepting/admitting to their enjoyment until the very end (IE. Mizuki, Kyou) by having Ranma regain confidence early on, after being challenged by Akane on how devaluing his Ranko half is dumb since he uses femininity as a weapon all the time with the pretense of being able to switch as a method of brushing off his actions.

Being Ranko full-time means his actions have lasting repercussions, not to mention having Ranma's "Man Amongst Men" upbringing highlights the disadvantages from the form without any attempts to explore positive aspects of being female out of pride and embarrassment. Others judgement is a key component to how far/deep Ranma explores.

Makes the eventual outing more important, as Ranma can no longer control how he's viewed by others.

I was working on something similar. BF and GF get to the classic cliché argument over "Which gender has it easier". Argument get way out of hand with both going to bed angry. GF gets very vindictive and secretly orders a temporary gender switching formula via internet. GF a few days later surprises BF with said formula ad they make a bet that BF wouldn't make it one full month as a women. Two conditions to the rule. No sex outside the relationship unless GF approves. And no changing back at all during said month. If BF at anytime says he is out, the bet is over and he has to stay female for another month.

I had it all plotted out with the chapters broken down into weeks. Week 1 is more or less the awkward adjustment phase with BF discovering masturbation by the end of said week. I feel like it's not descriptive enough like how does the guy feel during/after the transformation? scared? aroused? etc and how does he look after? using a picture is good but it also helps the reader if you describe how they look in the text which immerses them making it more enjoyable.

Like let's say someone turns into a cheer leader you'd describe it like:

The poor artwork on the covers was the very best thing about them. If I recall correctly, the books were regular paperback books, text only, no further images at all, and the text didn't match the covers. Not only that, the stories were only slightly TG inside or even just TV, nothing even interesting, despite the lack of the internet at that time.

Summarized, a short bodybuilder who works at a gym as a trainer wants to win a competition but because he's a little guy he never wins. A chick at the gym out lifts him and then reveals she's using super steroids to get shredded. She shares them with him, he starts to work out, and ends up getting turned into a chubby latina.

He ends up at a strip club, gets dressed up by a stripper, and then he goes to look for the shredded chick who lives with the girl he has the hots for. Turns out shredded chick is trans and turned into a dude. They fuck, then the chubby chick fucks the girl he likes cause she's bi.

Ends with sex, etc. Pretty light on story but it pushed buttons. Pretty sure it was pastebin, wish I could remember names.
