I do so very little. I'm not a very good artist, myself. Mostly it's because I don't have a lot of freetime now.

Pan has retired and was extending his work as a personal favor to bring a bit of his style into the story so I'll likely be writing the rest of Snow Daze myself. I literally do everything on my games except the art and music. So now I'm handling everything. As you can imagine that isn't good for free time.

Art is fun and fulfilling but it's also extremely time consuming. You've got to draw for hours trying to improve your weak spots to really make any difference in your skill. Besides which I'm lacking something. I just don't have the spark that a lot of artists have. I could certainly become technically proficient and make cute comics or whatever but... why? I don't have the spark, it's time consuming and I have no time. Besides, I can pay people to do it if I really want something made. I'll probably do just that and make a SFW comic sometime.

Pic related is the sort of comic I make and it's just not that great. I learned so that I could finish the art on Overwhored in case I ran out of money before I started accepting donations. Started at stick figures and worked up. But back then the art was nowhere near the quality it is now. I couldn't draw like Fing and Brellom if I tried. I'm shit with color and anatomy and can't visualize 3d space at all. I could fix that, but I've worked at it enough that it'd take several hours of practice a day for years to get good.

Maybe I'll take it up again once I make enough money to hire other people to do everything on my games for me and have free time again, haha.

Well, if you can then I'd say try to spring for something two-panel, or at least just the same character twice to establish a before/after.

He's retired from commercial writing. I think he did a few months back but I've known about it being planned since before starting Snow Daze. He still writes but it's a hobby now. Mine is the last commercial work he was doing and it was mostly to help get the flavor of his Limits series into the game. Basically Snow Daze started as me reading limits and going, "well what if he had THREE sisters and his mom to hypnotize?" and making it a story. He's done some spectacular work for me on the project and really brought a lot of that feel to it.

While I understand where this guy is coming from, I think it's good that they look alike but are different; they're supposed to be related and look somewhat alike, and you put enough character into all of them that I was thoroughly impressed.

I could talk all day and jerk you off, but you want criticism too so here's my two cents:

Jason's name shows up irradically between what's thinking and talking and it can take a second to differentiate if he's actually saying what the text said.

Some of the rooms are white on the bottom and make it near impossible to see the words for the menus unless you go over the bottom of the screen and try to highlight them

You could potentially try rewriting it so that instead of it being a huge stretch that your twin accepts the power thing, just have him say "It's feminine to enjoy being submissive, and to give up power" rather than it being an absolute thing; it's kind of nitpicky but the difference really takes away from the character

Also, final super nitpicky, but maybe make the names different colors? When they're all voiced it won't be as bad but it could just help speed things along. Not that big a deal, but also might make a noticeable difference to others.

Agreeing with this actually. Getting a notification of how many points you have means nothing without context. The player needs to know how many points are necessary to not get a bad end or how many points are necessary to get all the scenes and what the maximum number of points are. Otherwise the number is just completely meaningless.
If you don't want such an obvious, "game-ified" bit worked in there then you might just want to cut that bit out of the in-between sections entirely.

Well so far I'm enjoying it. I feel that the eldest sister's turnaround in day 3 is a bit too sudden though; you've two more days to play with, you probably could've strung it out over another. Later on as he gets to know his family better, he admits at least internally that he's basically the one at wrong, but he's basically just gonna do the thing he wants anyway because he accepts that he's a reprehensible person.
