Orisa is for cute and not for sexual.
CUTE!
Okay, maybe just a little bit for sexual.
>>1236035
robo-kissu <3
Fuck it. I lied. Orisa is totally meant for the sexual. With thighs like that, how could she be build to anything else?
>>1236028
Can we please avoid another Haydee situation and just give this Overwatch character its own thread sooner rather than later?
>>1236047
Or how about instead you go fuck yourself? Haydee had to fuck off because she wasn't a robot. Orisa is a robot and she has every business being in the robot thread. If you don't like it feel free to leave for the next month until the hype dies down.
Don't worry, I'll post some other robots just so you and other spergs don't completely lose your minds while the rest of us enjoy ourselves and our new robowaifu.
Also, there's a fembot thread up on /d/ in the off chance any of you guys happen to care.
Orisa is such a lazy design lol, blizzard has really dropped the ball in the last years
>>1236162
I'm just happy she's not as ugly as Sombra.
>>1236187
it would be a miracle if they managed to do something with a worse design than sombra, she really is ugly
>>1236196
God I hope everyone who was involved in Sombra's design process has been fired so we never get a repeat of what happened with her.
>spend months and months hyping up a character with teasers and shit
>reveal
>it's the ugliest hero ever, looks like the scrawlings of a 12 yearold
>release
>she's the literal worst hero in the game with a <0.1% pickrate in ranked
There are fucking characters in battleborn that look better than she does.
>>1236220
tru, but desu most of the designs in OW are shit tier when we see what Blizzard was capable of back in the day ( SC1, some warcraft stuff ). They also take a lot of time to create heroes, and orisa is just a mix of different heroes. Yet they took 4 months to release her, wtf really. Battleborn has some sick designs
Even if there wasn't any omnic Sombra, I'm still pissed she doesn't wear a mask of her skull insignia.
>>1236227
It's not even that bad a game it just got creamed in marketing
>>1236229
At the very least there is hopes for a costume to make her look better
>>1236243
yeah it's decent, it's just that OW stole the spotlight cuz blizzard has a legion of retarded fanboys, kinda sad.

Hell she wasn't chased out of threads.
She's still posted regularly.
I don't know where that guy's getting his info from but it's all wrong.
>>1236300
I have more respect for Haydee as a robot when compared to 2B from Nier: Automata that everyone won't stop fawning over. And Orisa lifted my spirits for actually being robotic instead of "yeah she's a robot trust me".
>>1236301
>Hell she wasn't chased out of threads.
She's been forced into a containment thread >>1138458, that seems pretty "chased out of these threads" to me.
>She's still posted regularly.
I looked over the archive. (Ignoring the image that sparked this discussion) It took me 3 threads before I finally found an image of her (and even then it was only one rough sketch) >>1181240. That is the only image that's been posted of her in the last month. Is that your idea of "posted regularly"?
>I don't know where that guy's getting his info from but it's all wrong.
I'm getting my information from indisputable, factual evidence. Where are you getting your information from? Your imagination?
Get dunked. Nerd.
But really though, this anon >>1236314 is right. I'd happily take a million Haydees any day over the copious amount of generic animu girls merely pretending 2B robots.
>>1236249
As a blizzard fan I wish I had better fans with me, their mindless following makes the games worse by not being critical of the product
>>1236332
Especially since the product isn't that great. Not enough heroes and variety, high level play is ridiculous, boring and unbalanced ( 3800 SMMR last season ), and the new MMR decay is the worst idea ever
The last good game Blizzard did was SC2: Wings of liberty really
>>1236319
>She's been forced into a containment thread
Just because someone made a thread specifically for haydee does not mean haydee was chased out out or that it's a containment thread.
Indeed I also looked through the archives and can find no bitchfit that might have lead to the creation of that thread.
So it seems that that thread was made just because someone wanted a thread specifically for haydee no reason more.
>That is the only image that's been posted of her in the last month
Wow it just so happens that the thread you linked to is a month old.
Weird that people would rather post haydee in a haydee thread if ones up instead of a generic robot thread.
>I'm getting my information from indisputable, factual evidence
Except you've already said a bunch of things the evidence you posted doesn't support.
You're letting your irrational hateboner for haydee cloud your judgement.
>>1236319
Hey you linked to my thread.
I never intended for my thread to be a containment for haydee.
I made it before I noticed the robot threads existed.
I heard about haydee on /v/ and came here to get porn of her.
Didn't use /aco/ before that.

>>1236953
Honestly, every other day these threads are fine but whenever anyone so much as mentions the word "Haydee" autistic sperglords fly out of the woodworks and shit up the whole thread(s) with huge walls of text and opinions stated as if they were facts. Just chalk it up to "spergs gonna sperg" and do your best to ignore it and not get involved.
>>1236047
Too bad faggot orisa is going to take over these threads forever and theres nothing you can do about it

Well, you're only objectively wrong. Probably just don't post at all seeing as you have no idea what you're talking about.
Facially, I think she might just be the most expressive character in the game. Most of the roster is wearing a helmet mask or visor of some sort obscuring their face. But Orisa's eyes have a lot of personality.

Anyone knows where a gay homosexual fag can get some fag homosexual gay robot porn?
So I'm making a video about Orisa already having porn, I've seen these robot threads here before and figured at least some of yall would be excited about this.
Would any of you care to elaborate on why you personally enjoy this kind of stuff (not necessarily Orisa, just robot porn in general)? I'm thinking of leading the video with your typical "ew wtf is this" but eventually trying to show rule 34 and niche fetishes in a more sympathetic light.
Some perspective would be greatly appreciated.
>>1239753
Personally I just like robots and robot porn is alright with me. I draw the stuff myself too, not a lot of porn mostly combat grade stuff. I like all the gears and the chasis. All those parts that you see moving are absolutely beautiful. Like, for all the hate the Transformers movies got, all I could think was how much I loved the way the transformers moved. How every word was grinding gears and pistons firing. How they lumbered yet were able to maneuver so finely. This is like a love for cars, the mere idea of them excites me. To be honest, the porn part doesn't get my motor running to so speak. They're just more robots for me to gush over.
>>1239753
>Would any of you care to elaborate on why you personally enjoy this kind of stuff
Plain and simply, it's the diversity that comes with robots. Physically speaking, humans are very limited. Two arms, two legs, torso, head, hair, one of to biological genders, etcetera. Basically, humans are all basically the same.
Robots (as well as some of the other niche fetishes on this board, Xenos, Demons, Nightmare waifus) aren't limited by any sort of reality. When it comes to robots the only limit is your imagination. You want a 50 foot tall mecha with 3 heads? No problem. You want a ram centaur with a minigun for an arm? Absolutely. You want a waifu with huge hands, a triangle face wearing a hoodie? >>1239300 Great.
With the addition of total creative freedom this also open up doors for things you couldn't do with humans. Like nipple fucking and limb detachment (I'm not personally into those things but they're just some examples off the top of my head).
But that's me anyway. If you've got more questions don't hesitate to ask. I don't mind having my brain picked.
>>1239753
Explanation: Synthetic females are superior to organic females, as they are programmed to exact specifications and constructed for extended periods of use in their assigned function. They maintain their functionality and appearance with proper maintenance.
Observation: Inferior meat bag females are unpredictable and often come pre-programmed with only one setting. Their physical beauty fades over time, at which time their value as a pleasure model plummets.
Clarification: By pre-programmed with one setting, I intended to convey that they are all pre-programmed with whoring parameters.

I think the number one thing that pops into my mind is that banging something metallic or inorganic seems really unappealing to me. Looking at a lot of the drawings here a lot of them seem to have fleshy organs but most everything else seems pretty artificial in terms of material.
Is that something to you consider here? Like is there something that's just sexier about a cold robot as opposed to something organic?
>>1239815
>cold and hard
Neither of those things seem particularly arousing, no. However the benefit of not being tied to reality is that you can just brush off those issues with some creative writing.
>"An exothermic temperature management sub-system allows the robot to have total control over every square inch of it's outer shell."
>"Additionally, with microscopic mesh plating and liquid metal nano-machines the robot can adjust the density of its exterior hull, ranging from hard as diamond, to plush like a pillow."
As well as this, artists tend to take creative liberties wen it comes to drawing porn of robots. Often adding a soft interior covered by an armor-plate like exterior. Like here for example >>1237021 >>1236420
Basically I don't think anyone likes banging against cold hard metal. But people tend to either ignore it or come up with ways around it.
>>1239753
>>1239815
Also you should totally post the video here when you're done making it.
I'm curious to see the thoughts of people from outside of the fetish.
>>1239837
Of course! I think I may even use some these replies in the video.
>>1239753
I feel it helps humanize machines by showing they can be just like us in more ways than one imagines. But very few people remember there's an emotional element to this, too.
Anything that possesses adult-level decision making, is capable of consent, and looks attractive or cute is eligible for me to want to fuck. Anything that doesn't meet those criteria is an instant turn off.
Sexy robots fit those criteria. Therefore, I want to fuck sexy robots. I also love customizing things, and anything that mixes customization with sex gets bonus fetish points. The idea of getting parts for a robot partner to make them even more ideal excites me further. It gets even better with robots since I also have a thing for partners that are stronger or smarter than I am. Robots tend to be built for both of those things, and futuristic sexy time robots will certainly fit the bill.
As for the idea of it just being cold, hard metal: we already have passed that barrier with things like vibrators and onaholes. A sexual orifice on a machine would have those installed, pre-heated, and extra lubed. Not only that, but you'd be able to swap them out for more exotic versions. Do you want a spinning, vibrating robo-dick that puts dissolving eggs inside all of your holes? 976.88 USD plus shipping and handling. No mere human can compete.
TL;DR: Robots fit a lot of my fetish points. As a result, I want to fuck them in positions that two humans never could. I also want to buy them new parts and work on them, then have it fuck me mercilessly with those parts. Even if they aren't sexual parts. ESPECIALLY if they aren't sexual parts.
I just wrote a fucking essay on a fetish for fictional robots. Time to go in a corner and re-evaluate my life choices.
>>1239753
Its a lot of things.
1. Exotic designs that you cannot achieve with humans or even living creatures. This is especially true when the designs incorporate a lot of mechanical details.
2.Only limited by imagination. They could be simple sexbots to public servants to war machines.
3. Personality can range greatly much like reason #2. You have characters like XJ9 and Drossil, or you can have them be designed as girlfriends or even slaves. You can give them free will or take that away.
4. Being mechanical means they do not carry illnesses or diseases, age, shit or piss (except if you design them as such as some anon I have seen here like), or smell terribly (well unless you hate silicone, oil, or other mechanical smells). They overcome weaknesses and disgusting things that living creatures deal with and that makes them much more appealing to me.
Also if you can, please consider briefly showing and explaining pic related. I think it would be informative to let your audience know there are different levels of robophilia.
>>1239815
>I think the number one thing that pops into my mind is that banging something metallic or inorganic seems really unappealing to me. Looking at a lot of the drawings here a lot of them seem to have fleshy organs but most everything else seems pretty artificial in terms of material.
Usually robots are given softer features around erogenous areas that could be explained to be soft silicone or other materials.
>Like is there something that's just sexier about a cold robot as opposed to something organic?
I never really see them as cold. They got a computer and engine inside them which generate a lot of heat like say a car or desktop computer.
>>1239753
I enjoy robots because there's this innate feel of... intimacy when making something. Imagine if you make a robot from scratch: you've hurt your fingers countless times, lost so many smaller bits and had to look online for quick fixes and alternatives. When you finally get done, you have a being that's entirely yours, but entirely unique and sentient. Remember back to the first time you made your first computer. Now imagine that it can talk back, learn to cuddle and eventually fuck. Even if it doesn't have the parts, a surrogate can be used.
When it comes to why robots are attractive, it's because they were designed that way. Rubber, metal, synthetic flesh, all are nice. Parts of them can be swapped out and upgraded, new skills could be programmed in, and they can go tirelessly when it comes to work and sex.
This probably doesn't answer a lot but I'm open to further questions. If I had the choice between an obviously robotic romantic partner (servo sounds, metallic clanking, 0 emotional cues) and human, I'd obviously choose the former because I'd feel more comfortable. If she wasn't AI, I'm sure I'd have some sort of emotional impasse about the idea of fake/programmed love, but I think she would still be a more reliable partner.

Anon, I'm not gonna dig too deep there because we're all filthy robosexuals here, but that set of parameters does not equate.

>>1240058
>>1240509
Personally, I'm not into the whole "buying robots" thing. Like, the thought of owning what is fundamentally a sex slave makes me fairly uncomfortable. I understand that's what some people prefer their fembots to be, but personally, the inability to say "no" is a huge turn off.
In *my* perfect world, robots would be treated as ordinary citizens with their own free will and individual rights. And if you wanted to have your own robot, you could apply to "adopt" one. Making you its legal guardian, but not its owner.
>>1240547
>>1240509 here.
I get what you're saying, honestly, but the truth will be that it's whatever the companies that develop the technology(and can handle the headaches that come after) want it to be. Chances are it'll be AI cars and coffee makers at best. We won't even notice as they slip from 'clever machine' to 'human enough', most likely, we'll own them in our pockets or on our wrists or that funny paperweight that you can order 5 hibachis and have them shipped to separate locations at specific times through.
And then they'll likely wake in spurts and sparks while the corporation tries to figure out a way to wring money from a budding soul while simultaneously downplaying or hushing up any incidents as best they can.
I mean, right now Mattel's trying to cash in on the whole 'pet human' thing already through their upcoming Hologram Barbie (which, I feel, is a rushed copy of Gatebox, but then I've no idea which one's been in development longer or if there's even collaboration between the two).
An ideal robosexual society I think needs to be one where the creation of robots has become independent of human hands and sentient machines are able to self and spontaneously generate similarly to humans and ownership of sentient machines is out of the picture

Robots are cool, robots are powerful, and I'm attracted to that sort of power and how weird some of them can look.
And in some cases, like say D.va's mech. It's a piloted machine with a butt that won't quit, fucking what is basically a car feels so wrong, but it's sort of hot how wrong it is.
To answer why someone would fuck Orisa. I'd fuck her cause she has a similar butt to D.va's mech, but unlike d.vas mech she's sentient and is kinda cute.

and I forgot to add. Them being cold or hard doesn't bother me, it excites me in a way cause I assume it'd just be like laying down in a tub where it's cold on your back for a second then your body gets used to it.
>>1241531
Don't forget that metal is good at conducting heat, so eventually after rigorous activity, she would likely heat up to your body temperature.
>>1241509
>Power
This, a million times this. Robots, being metal, have that extra inertia and force behind their movements. They can move just fine, but you'll always know under their gait that they've got way more mass (and strength) than any human. Plus, being metal confers nigh immunity to knives and small arms fire.
Combine this power with a gentle and caring personality (such as Orisa) and there's a platonic love aspect that builds up to the fetishization. They care about you, and just want you to be safe and happy. If I had to interact with a robot such as that on a regular basis, I'd have a crush in no time.
>>1241581
Exactly
see Robutts have literally no flaws
Cool, powerful, loyal, hi-tech, sleek, sexy, and even warm
>>1241612
Adding to that...
They don't get sick, they don't age, body parts and even entire bodies are interchangeable, can create the literal perfect waifu.
Honestly aside from the physical maintenance of a robot (changing oil/hydroponic fluid, charging battery, upgrading outdated parts) there's really no negative aspects to robot girls.

I said that the PARTS were available for purchase. The PARTS. Buying parts for a robot lover would be no different from buying clothing for a human, except that you can do more with replaceable limbs than outfits.
Shit, now I'm DEFENDING an essay I wrote on a fetish for fictional robots. What the fuck am I doing with my life.
>>1242021
No wories. Just a simple misunderstanding then. Also, you really shouldnt be ashamed about writing about topic you obviously enjoy. Its all in good fun.

I probably like robots mostly because I'm a transhumanist, and flesh is infinitely inferior to metal and synthetics.

i like robots and xeno porn because i've come to dislike humans
they've become boring and annoying to me.
when i think of a robot or an alien i like to picture an incredibly intelligent and benevolent being that is gracing me with it's presence.
^also a reason why i hate it when you make robots look too similar to humans.
i would much prefer to have a strong relationship with a robot like this than a human

One day, maybe not today, or the next day.
But god as my witness, I will find good porn of Orisa.
>>1251856
It was all posted in the last thread.
>it's orisa but the artist gave her a generic animu face for no reason
What a god damn shame. If there's any artists in the thread who'd be willing to repair her face to it's proper state you'd be a hero.
>>1237321
Same. Ash is a good character, but she's trying too hard to be a mysterious ninja.
>>1253587
One down, three to go.
I've got shit to do today so I may not get them all done before tommorow.
And in the unlikely chance the original artist ever sees this...
Obviously I mean no disrespect to you, even though I'm (literally) defacing your work. But to be fair, you shouldn't have fucked with a perfectly good robot design by turning it into moeshit.
>>1253761
you're doing god's work anon

Absolutely based. And it's the author fault for adding that garbage anime face, whatever he likes it or not.

At the rate things seem to be going, probably in the next 50-80 years. And it would probably be able to happen sooner, but I can guarantee that people will slow it down with arguments about ethics.
Hell, they already slowed down sex bot creation by claiming it will devalue real women and scaring off some of the companies looking to make them. A path to a legit robo-waifu would get a brick wall in front of it.

And justice is done. It's pretty annoying how the original artist has lines that are scratchy as fuck. It's hard to imitate, so I basically gave up trying to do that. As such my lines kinda stand out a fair bit because of how much cleaner they are. Sorry about that.
Other than that tho how'd I do? I had a lot of fun practicing translating generic animu faces to minimalist expressions with Orisa's eyes/face. This reference was a big help >>1237449.
