C# is flexible and expandable enough that it would be hard to make those appear unless all the code has a very naive implementation.

The only thing that I can guess that explains it is bad arch that is unable to set/reset the costume pieces while iterating through the character animation bones hierarchy. Leaving on pieces that were unaccounted previously.

There was another annoying bug in previous versions that UI fades were very slow and didn't register the callback to continue the events.

Pretty early in the game, it's mentioned that Luthor's escaped from prison and is basically bankrupt: his money is pretty much gone, he's lost most of his assets (including Lexcorp at the moment), he's forced to scavenge through his own abandoned bases in order to get tech, and the only people that are (more or less) on his side is Tala, Roulette and Mercy, of which only the first is actually in possession of any actual superpower.

Hell, the reason he starts up the Meta-human stripclub isn't (primarily) because he's looking to get his rocks off, but because he's in desperate need of *any* source of cash... the fact that he gets to dominate and humiliate his enemies in the same turn is just the icing on the cake.

And we all know how much Luthor loves his cakes.
