Fucking S&P, its ironic how their regulations never actually prevent anything from being passed on, its feel like its a bunch of government funded bureaucrat that try to find a reason to exist so they apply the law like zealot, to the point of downright absurdity. Like there is no problem to show women with huge ass hips but for some reason to show them with big breast is morally corrupting for the children or some bollocks like that, on one side you have cartoon that make blatant sex change episode like it was something normal that could be opted out of if you want to and at the same time you have the S&P censor a show like Gravity Falls because they had the audacity to write ''party'' on a party invitation pamphlet within the show itself ( of course making sense since the MC's were organizing a party) and that somehow could adversely affect children to drink & party.
As I said before, downright absurdity.

I think cartoon moms have super wide hips so often to balance out the generally larger hair they tend to be drawn with. Otherwise they end up looking like a bobble head.
