Does anyone know why they no longer go by SillyGirl and why they deleted their HF account?

No he turned SillyGirl into an OC and migrated everything to Sinnergate which was a FREE artist hub. He then left Sinnergate to make Sinnercomics which is his own, still free, website with no collaborations. No meltdown, no sense in keeping a HF running if your content is being hosted on your own website.

The high quality art comes from commissions. The pieces you are seeing that seem low quality are rapid fire quick sketches that he started doing to keep himself busy when not working on the smut comics or comms. All the "low quality" images are a gift for his patrons.

They did a Princess Peach comic recently so now. It's just the third Overwatch comic that was dropped suddenly, some thinking it was to do with Tracer because the break came the day after she was revealed gay.

Not sure why it would matter, as it wasn't like anyone was written in character and aside from her love for shota dick, Tracer was doing some pretty gay things with Mercy, Sym, and Widow anyway.

He just got burned out on Overwatch. He *did* do 'GirlyWatch' 1 and 2 back-to-back and was working on the third chapter when the burnout started hitting hard. He decided to shelf the project for now, focus on other franchises, and said he'll likely return to it at a later date, when the Overwatch burnout has passed.
