Lilith is a very complex figure, because she barely appears in the Bible, but instead is developed through many Talmudic texts. So I'll keep to the most popular myths. There's another phenomena that I think is linked to those myths. It is called sleep paralysis. I have some pretty bad sleep and it's happened to me a few times. Most of the time, it just feels like you're pinned to your bed, barely concious and hallucinating. It makes you feel like shit.

One time though, I woke up pinned to the bed. My vision was blurred (though I was unmistakably in my room, it wasn't a sex dream but an hallucination) but the sensation I had was completely certain, someone was fucking me right there. For a moment I wondered who it could be, being single. I could feel my body sinking into the bed with its weight and it felt exactly like fucking, not fapping. Suddenly my eyes fully opened, and I was alone.
