I highly doubt that would change the perceptions people have now. I get what you're saying, but regardless of whether content is shoved in their faces or not, it won't change their feelings about it. Be it the first time they see it or the seventeenth time, they're going to react and think the same way if they don't have the stomach for it.

Besides that, even if everyone keeps to themselves, others are going to seek diaper content out intentionally to post as reaction videos or similar, and that will generally draw like-minded people to agree against the fetish more. Even if you don't mention it either, someone will refer to this fetish and those that have it as a copout to defend their fetish when someone else questions it. This isn't me saying it's fine to shove it in people's face, but rather that nothing will satisfy others outside the fetish aside from hating it alongside them.
