Actually no witch hunt on Tumblr, just two guys talking about it in some way, one DMCA for NGE sold fanart (extremely illegal DMCA, hope they get payback someday for abusing a great tool). DA are the offended ones, and it's really just people that care about THEIR work being used without permission and think they have ownership over their fanart. (totally cool with taking down people work, but not when they are obsessed with ownership and permission that they never cared about when making their own work)

In general Tumblr is pretty quiet in all respects where I always saw it as this giant flock of seagulls.

It's a person with an agenda that does everything to enforce his agenda at the expense of everything else, willfully engorging himself in his own agenda to the point where he doesn't think he can't be wrong and won't really talk about it, my way or the highway basically.

In general I hate people that pick sides and/or defend other people on their behalf, especially when never asked to in the first place.

The same can be said for a lot of the DA people who grasp at every straw to make themselves seem right when they are wrong, like claiming the artist owns the artwork even if they don't own the character, but that doesn't work, the artwork is infringing intellectual property by being based on the character design, if they owned the artwork they couldn't be sued in the first place, the law doesn't split ownership like that.

There is also the classic "theft" accusation, "vandalism" and "plagiarism". Theft and plagiarism is sort of connected, but you need to claim it as yours and it needs to be the original or an identical copy of the original, none of which are true. Vandalism is only possible with an original not a copy.

I just wish these people would look up things when confronted instead of being so obsessed with being right and looking down on something they don't personally like that they don't check up if what they're saying is true when confronted. But oh well, I know these people exist, and ww're all are them to some degree on different subjects.

My account is 1 DMCA short of being taken down so I imagine some final fanartist will abuse the system for their own illegal gain at some point, hell they might be inspired by this very sentence. It's a bit shitty that DMCA is so easy to use when it is such a severe system.

I can counter-claim them if I want, they just warn you about the legal issues. I assume they warn you of the same, that it can cause legal action, forcing a court case if you use it. But I think they just do it like that "this is all on you buddy, it's very dangerous, are you sure you want to do this?" rather than have any barrier to entry that ensures you have basics right to it.

Not to mention that the extremely hot coolant would probably cause even more problems even if it were captured by a strong enough diaper; much like hot oil sitting on a running engine, it could pose a fire risk or damage sensitive components.

If a military-grade robot were to be leaking coolant, there's several different causes/solutions. The first and foremost is that it was *designed* to leak coolant as a sort of heat venting mechanism in extreme situations.

Lubricant, however, may be a more likely issue that could be addressed with diapers, especially if the lubricant was leaking from, say, the pelvic leg joints. Joint lubricant wouldn't risk immediate and serious damage to the robot; at the absolute worst, it could mean the robot's legs seizing up and limiting mobility (which could offer more in the way of ABDL play in hindsight) and as such could be addressed with a diaper to prevent a mess.

In addition, pelvic joint lubricant problems would mean the robot would have to be kept at home or in the shop until repairs can be made, and would probably need to be attended to by a caretaker robot for the time being. Endless fun.

Maybe I like the idea of someone having an accident, and being put into diapers as punishment, even if they didn't mean to. The level of humiliation messing causes really appeals to me. With wetting someone could possibly play it off or avoid being caught because it wouldn't be noticeable if the diaper was concealed, but everything about messing will leave someone caught. Jeez, managed to work on it too far in resized mode before I noticed, so had to do the bloomer variant in real scale instead of 2x which fucks things up a bit.

Also did some work and then noticed I hadn't copied the layers I was reworking and had to undo it.
