I've had this discussion before and I think that Blizzard would bury anyone who attempts to do this for 2 main reasons:

1. Most SFM models use in game assets from overwatch, albeit heavily modified, so your taking and using their IP.

2. There is a big difference between making rule 34 videos and making a game. Let's say you make a porn game of overwatch then people are going to look for it by googling "overwatch porn game". It may even start showing up in some searches that aren't looking for porn but just the game itself. Blizzard really don't want that. They don't want any other game using their assets, let alone a porn one. There is no benefit for them and it only serves to sully their name.

Plus I think that any game that will use SFM clips will either look janky or involve a LOT of fucking work. I think with the threat of removal from Blizzard being so high, no one is going to risk doing all the work and then not being able to monetise. It's a shame because it's a cool concept. You'd be better off attempting a drawn game IMO.

Has anybody here ever thought about doing some Superhero Trainer games involving Marvel and DC Heroes?

For DC, maybe a Batgirl Trainer were you play as a new Batman or a dude that has gotten himself some supervillain tech and somehow uses it on Batman's female sidekicks. Like Barbara Gordon, Stephanie Brown, and Harper Row. The function will be the same as Witch Trainer, Korra Trainer, and Four Elements Trainer (Mainly this)

However, you can have the chance on certain routes on how you want to go with these girls. Continue having them as heroes, but they'll be sexually active and ready, with the added option of stealing money from villains to build your own business. Or have them as villains and form yourself a criminal empire. Or take a much greyer route and create a criminal empire but still commit heroic acts

For Marvel, a Spider-Man Trainer game were you play as Peter Parker Spider-Man, and like the Four Elements Trainer game, you can have the Romance Route or the Slave Route. However, you still play a heroic route regardless, but the choices you do will affect your relationship with the girls. The girls should be Kate Bishop Hawkeye, Kamala Khan Ms. Marvel, Laura Kinney X-23, Ava Ayala White Tiger, and Nico Minoru. If possible some loli heroes, like Molly Hayes or Valeria Richards

gimp is piss easy to use because all the hermione body parts and clothes all use the 505, 600 size box so it all over lays nicely

save a base hermione and use the "open as layers" option to import the trousers and tops you want each time rather than clogging it up with every item

The question is what you're going to do with those items. Sure, you can just offer them all to the user to chose from. But the more exciting thing is when you have a story in mind and couple them nicely to make most effective use of the various items. From what I can tell, that's rather what anon has in mind.

To give an example: you could easily implement some special location, only reach due to some special event (maybe repeatable), say an excursion or what not. And for that very opportunity you have chars use exactly the cloth/items they will need for this scene.

Totally depends on the art style used. In this case I think it's totally feasible. The most important aspect of wet hair is the highly reduced volume of it, making it look like flattened. And then it might be somewhat darker and there also might be more shine/glare than usual. Done. Do a quick google image search for "drawing wet hair" to get some examples. If you dare to.
