From what I understand about patreon, the money is not deducted instantly. Only once a month at the start of each month. Patreon also has a pretty discrete "cancel any time policy". I would really hate to join a patreon for only a single piece of content. From what I hear the producer doesn't really do giantess often if at even at all.
