Best Gundam.

Made in Abyss seems to have a great soundtrack, though the actual album isn't out yet.
Also, I'm probably going to get a lot of flack for saying this, but I think Madoka (and especially Rebellion) is one of the best anime OSTs ever. I agree with people who criticize Kajiura for sounding very samey, but even still there are enough standout tracks in the OST, and it fits the series absolutely perfectly. Rebellion's accordion heavy melodies are some of my favorite ever.

As a character song, And I'm Home is quite good, but it doesn't quite match up to the emotional punch that Symposium Magarum has in connection with the scene it plays at, in my opinion.
It's not just because I'm a Sayakafag, though. I genuinely think that it's one of the best tracks I've heard in anime, both with regards to how it fits the material, and how it stands as a musical piece on its own right. The violin melody in the middle is one of my favorite things on earth.
