Quenser doesn't even have a stable harem. He has Hime, that one glasses girl from the anime who never appeared in the novels again, Monica who he avoids like the plague, and I guess that's about it. I don't count Ohoho because she was bullied so hard in volume 12 that I don't think that friendship can be repaired.
Heivia on the other hand, has his maid battleship and waifu waiting for him to come home. Myonri is with him a lot within the company and she's already been declared the cutest soldier in their battalion. He has it made.
