Dads worse than a piece of shit instead of maning up and taking care of his kids he let his six year old daughter convince him that he should run away, fuck love or respect from your children a fathers duty is to make sure they have what they need to take care of themselves and their future family, love and respect is a great bonus given to great to mediocre parents but taking care of them is the bare minimum and he failed at that same with their mother.

Worst part is the story isn't even that bad baring the sister's age. If you age her up to 15-16 or at the very least 14 most of us wouldn't object as viscerally as we do.

It wasn't the girls age that bothered me, it was the fact the friend abused both his and his sister's trust to take advantage of her weakness and desire for love, then once he gets caught fucks off and never wants anything to do with her again. I mean, the end showed she was very clearly broken in the sense she was still "in love" with him, and he took the bitchass way out - even when his friend(who should have killed him outright) said if he was a man he'd own up and take responsibility when the time came.
