I wanna say it's skipping actions but keeping outcomes using epitaph to predict what the action would be to avoid it or use it,it's the execution of it that's of since in theory it would work exactly like The World so Araki added scenes like pic related that just don't make much sense(how can someone see the time that deleted if it never actually occurred?)
