I expect them to do a Brave Witches S2 because sequels make most money in general, Noble Witches anime because their novels sold hotcakes and are a popular squad in the Japanese fandom or a entirely new SW related anime, and that's it regarding the 10th anniversary project for ''realistic'' expectations. But for all we know, it might be a new pachinko or a music festival.

SW did it right, they had all these small seemingly insignificant scenes and just details that defined the characters so well, be it Yoshika's eyes following Lynne's boobs in a random conversation, be it Erica and Trude's room with the border between clean and messy, there was so much that just happend along with the plot and the usual battles that made everything feel alive.
BW lacked most of that, and so everyone apart from the main three remained bland empty hulls that occassionally appeared. Aleksandra had her own episode and it completely failed at deepening her character.

So Hikari comes in as an outsider and given that she was never a good witch or fit to be there she wasn't even able to be a full equal part of the squad ever, she did not fit in.
It could not become a story about the 502nd with Hikari becoming a natural part of them quickly, instead it could only be a story about Hikari with the 502nd in the background.

Nigga I think you have brain problems. Merch like what you're seeing NEVER shows up high on ranks because it's minuscule stuff. It exists fro practically every show as they're airing. That doesn't mean people don't buy it because Amiami in your example would still have stock. Straps and keychains are always hot commodities. This stuff exists to be sold to the hundreds of people who like X girl cost pennies to make and bring in some profit. The shirts for Brave Witches went back up for Pre-order three separate times. I bought several and a hooded sweatshirt.

As for figures yeah it's taken a while to get stuff but it's not abnormal. Alter just showed a completed Hikari back in July, but they're still getting Jet Striker Trude out the door. Not to mention their 501st line only finished a few years ago after the series and movie. GSC only just finished the 501st Nendo line this year, but yes to your point they haven't shown any plans to do a 502nd line yet. Maybe they will but I only care about a full Alter line which I'm hoping they do.

If its true to the pilot and she lacks legs completely then her Strikers could be directly fitited to her via prostetics.

If she has legs but is crippled then maybe her Striker would require additional support or balance.

Either way as long as it keeps the fact that Bader could out-dogfight nearly all of his opponants as he could turn tighter and dive/ climb steeper due to not needing his blood to circulate in his legs then I'd be happy
