Dropped it after the SoL proved to be uninteresting. They sort of had some exorcist plot going, but ditched it for more SoL, so no reason to watch.

I watched it up until the little shota's mother came to haunt them which was a pretty interesting episode but I guess it's safe to say dropping it was a good call if it went back to being a super bland SoL again?

He picked up magic training now so that could be a focus later, but honestly, yeah, it's pretty boring in general. And I don't like how he always acts annoyed as hell whenever Tashiro is nearby despite her seeming to like him.
The series is obviously made by a fujoshit but come on.

I can watch bland SoL if the characters are really interesting and it has great comedy. Is this the case?

No, the characters are not really interesting and the gags are poorly executed. This is just a failure on all counts.

I really wanted it to be good and I gave it a lot of time. But there does come a point where you have to realize, it's not good and not going to be good in the future. The premise had potential, but the execution wastes it.

I'm watching, but my enjoyment is decreasing with every episode.
The slow moving character development of the manga doesn't translate well into a 12 episode series.
