Episodes 6 and 7 was one of the best two episode arcs in anime. The show had its ups and downs but it was still one of the best shows of that year.

I never liked that arc much at all honestly. Never saw what everyone liked about it.
I loved the bike racing arc though.
And now it's been so long I don't even remember why I disliked the former and liked the latter.

The fights in the first two episodes and the concert scene in episode eight were amazing, but everything else was above average at best.

It had some amazing high points but a lot of low points too unfortunately. If they had the budget of ep 1/2 for every episode it would have been the best anime of the decade
