Aku no Hana's anime is great. You just don't like it because they made the girl ugly. Which was what was wrong with the original manga to begin with. Read the fucking poetry it's based on next time. The anime is amazing.

Speaking of gutting, "Hey, what if we drag out the show by reusing the same one-shot gags in every episode, every 5 minutes?" pretty much sums up this. All for the sake of keeping out a child with big tits.

The Father-Daughter battle sucked too. Completely undermines the point of Tooru's father understanding his daughter's feelings and giving up with little hassle.

Nah, the Anime salvages the mediocre manga with decent direction and pacing. The story and characters are still shit but it does a really good job of building tension and keeping things exciting.

It should be, given it's the climax of that particular arc. I'm not expecting much from the animation to be honest, as long as it gives off the same feeling coupled with a good OST I can forgive some minor animation hiccups here and there.

Aku no Hana is a 10/10 for the soundtrack alone. Shame about the ending.

Aku no Hana is essentially a mediocre live action adaptation of an already mediocre teen melodrama manga. It's not a masterpiece, or a misunderstood classic.

is HxH 2011 shit? I watched it and enjoyed it, but people claim it is bad if you consider the manga, whcih i haven´t read yet.
