The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Literally nothing happens and the characters are all annoying. Though I only like anime where there's a decent amount of action and an interesting storyline. I can't stand slice of life shit at all. I had no idea what I was getting into when I started watching, I only did because it was popular at the time.

Tying with that would probably be Re: Zero, what a total waste of time.

I'm not sure about worst, but I really hated Gundam Wing if only because it's shit and 49 episodes long. The plot and characters are retarded and the animation is pretty poor, even worse than earlier Gundam series. And then it's praised to high heavens by Toonami babies. It tires to be political but the most complex political maneuvering in the show is shooting someone or tricking retarded people. That's not exciting to watch.

I don't fucking know. People who have MALs and jerk over how many anime they watch know this.

Probably still Elfen Lied. One of the first I ever saw years ago, I went back and revisited it the other day and it's just as bad as I remember. Bland nothing characters, edgy as all fuck, incredibly slow paced with like 5 episodes where nothing happens, looks ugly as sin, has some of the worst voice acting I've ever heard in Japanese. The music is pretty great, but it just feels like a waste on that show.
