Elfen Lied. I grew up watching violent trash OVAs on cable, like Wicked City and Bio Hunter, so Elfen Lied was a nice reminder. People like to defend the anime by saying "it's super deep, you don't even know," or whatever, but to me it's just violent, smutty garbage, and I love it for that.
