Sad thing is if Killua had stepped in and stopped Gon from making the contract Pitou would have killed them both. Gon-san was the only way for them to win that fight. If Killua had knocked Gon out again the way he did when Pitou fought Kite and ran away with Godspeed they may have survived, but Killua made it clear he would respect Gon's wishes and double suicide with him if need be.

I was laughing my ass off when this dude literally turned into a grown man because he got so mad.

I just caught up with the manga, I always thought O MY RUBBER NEN was just people overreacting and that it could've made SOME sense in context, but I have to agree with everyone. I'm okay with Nen becoming stronger after death, and repairing Hisoka's lungs and heart, fine. But it's emphasized that Hisoka was truly dead, which should imply brain death. It just seems weird coming from Togashi, I feel like he's capable of writing a better solution than that. Was there something off with the translation?
