Archer's story has already been confirmed by Nasu to basically be the Fate route except Shirou and Saber didn't fall in love and Shirou couldn't stop Saber from pursuing the Grail.

Considering most of the ideas for her route got merged into HF, it would have to be similar to HF.

Shirou goes Mind of Steel for Illya and takes on a few traits of Emiya Alter.

Everyone dies (Sakura, Rin, Saber), but Shirou gets Illya. The normal end has Illya dying a few months afterwards, Shirou realizing how hard he fought for Illya's happiness wants to do it again and goes MoS throughout the world to save people from shitty circumstances.

The good ends has Illya not dying months after the grail war. Shirou settles down with Illya and becomes content with his life. They both grow old together with an unknown child and die of old age.

If you ignore all the spinoff material, Illya is fucked. HA and Carnival Phantasm are neat, but if we're talking Stay Night only, there is no way Shirou could save Illya and everyone else.

Or it could go like Monster and he saves Illya early on, then tries to kill her when she starts going on a rampage with Berserker.

I honestly don't think there's really a good way to do it.

This unfortunately, unless Nasu pulled heavily from the newer material we're left with writing a route based on FSN's rules and that leaves very little chance for Illya to get a happy ending of any sort. Best we could do is her having a quiet, carefree last few months/years with Shirou after the war ends. And that's assuming it's possible at all to do.

Also, is there any more to that link that OP posted? More Prisma Illya has been scientifically proven to extend your lifespan so that one day you can live to see the Tsukihime remake.

The easiest way to do it is to base it off of HF. It has all the elements of a growing relationship.

But a true route would need to start from scratch. It would be completely different from any of the previous routes, aside from a common starting point. You'd have to bend the rules to give her a happy ending. The biggest problems the route would need to solve are the fact that the grail is corrupted, and to find another vessel for the grail, because Illya becoming the grail is obviously a bad thing.

Find things to bend her over and fuck her on.
