The plot doesn't seem to be much to write home about, but the translated chapter reads really well. Going full circle on Shinobu's opinion of humans is interesting. The almost ritual laughter of Shinobu and Deathtopia is cool. The way both of them tried to look good in front of the other and then failed is cute. Good to see Araragi slowly turning into the sort of person you would expect to be standing at the side of the strongest vampire.

That is a great misunderstanding. It is not Princess Acerola being perfect but the curse that the witch gave her. She was the most perfect there on the outside so people got blinded with that so they are not able to see her as a person but just how she looks on the outside. They give her present and so forth. She wished that people would see her who she is really is on the inside and not just on her appearance. A witch came and granted her wish in the most twisted way. She cursed her and now people can see the goodness of her "heart". It turns out that she was more beautiful on the inside that not even a person's life is good enough to measure to it. They then started offering her life to her. That is where all this "suicide" started.

She has been in heaven for like a hundred of years now and the "curse" could have been lifted or purified there so it is possible that the "curse" is no longer there. With the curse gone, it is safe to assume that Shinobu can merge again with her human part without the fear that people will start offering their lives to her again.
