In terms of plot development, character development and the overwhelming entertainment and how they just perfectly tied everything together and the thing they did with the intro and ending them and just how perfect that worked out on top of having an amazing soundtrack altogether with great animation that episode hasn't been topped by any anime that exists as of yet and I've been watching anime for a long time now. 200 shows is bullshit. You only need to be a fan of robot anime for it to royally fuck you over with 75-52 episode series being the norm.

200 single cour shows like Madoka get you at a measly 2400 episodes.
You only need to watch the barest introduction to UC (that is MGS, MGS:Z and Char's Counter Attack) to get 93 episodes + a 2 hour (6 episode) movie. That's practically watching 8 separate Madokas, and you count it as 2.
