Here's hoping he develops a technique similar to Full Cowl where he always has a layer of static/electricity around him, that way he can still deal reasonable damage. Maybe he goes retard when he does some sort of AoE 100% thunderbolt attack or something.

Why doesn't the league of villians constantly abuse Twice's power? Imagine how much less brittle they would be as an organization if every single operation they take part in was orchestrated remotely, with all of the real villains operating as a vanguard for Twice while they send clones of themselves out in waves to deal with any threat that presents true danger.
