When they brought the mech back, I assumed that they wrote into Selesia the ability to materialize it out of thin air. But with Blitz's daughter, they just straight up summoned her from nothing. Can they do that with anyone now? It seems like this would be a bigger deal than the show made it out to be.

These guys need to be more creative to get past Altair's sword barrier. For example, they could hide Selesia inside Gigas Machina's closed fist and then have the robot strike Altair with an overhand chop. When the sword barrier blocks the robot's arm, the robot could then open its fist beyond the barrier and have Selesia fly out and jump Altair at close range. Selesia has fought Altair up close before so it might work. They could try this with Alice too but she can't fly without her horse so she'd only have one chance to strike.

The problem is that Altair not only is overpowered, she is smart as well. She immediately figured out how Selesia's new ultimate attack worked. And her abilities aren't limited to the swords, that's just what she favors. Earlier she blocked Selesia attack with feathers.

Any weapon with chains she would cut those chains if they are a bother. Or shooting swords at the spiked balls instead of blocking the shaft. Or even use her sword whip to pull the weapon out of vogelchevalier hands.

I wonder if it is possible to write a character smarter than you are. Every major situation Blitz has ever faced would have been created and solved by Suruga. Probably they would share similar thought processes if his world was big on deduction as I think it is impossible to imagine that which one does not experience (so what Suruga would write would be from what she knows but what she writes is a small pool of her knowledge.)

It would be impossible to fully anticipate Blitz, I think, because he has abilities but I'd think that Suruga would go through as many possibilities as possible.

Yes. He will have the same thought process as you, but the stuff you take a while to think before writing they can deduce it in an instant if that's the in-story time. You can say your character can do math as well as a genius mathematician and calculate faster than a computer without bothering to exemplify it. And even as a detective, you didn't deduce what he did, you wrote the crime and defined the clues and then made him solve the problem you yourself created. It doesn't mean you can handle problems you don't know the solution.

The show would break my dick if it really did give Blitz inhuman deductive skills. But his show is more of an action plot so I think he'll just go %102 mindbreak route

I don't understand why the robots can't get through Altair's sword shield. In episode 1 Selesia easily knocked Altair's swords aside with her own sword and even grabbed one out of the air. A robot with its massive strength should have no problem at least batting the swords away.

If Altair was uncovered as she was shown to be, why not try to exploit the opportunity? It's better than just jobbing away at an impenetrable sword barrier. If they want to show how invulnerable Altair is just have her generate more swords when Selesia tries to pounce on her. They could also try to fight smarter by using saturation attacks instead fighting Altair individually. Hopefully Selesia, Rui and Alice will try that next episode although of course they'll lose because Soda has to be the one to defeat her with his catgirl creation.

Yeah I think the preview is hinting that it gets more intense but I'm not sure. I can't believe Rui's only plan is to try to punch Altair with the Gigas fist. Altair has enough of a sense of humor to just make Gigas' arms and legs vanish to leave Rui with a crippled robot.

Well Altair definitely doesn't want to kill Rui by destroying his robot because killing him would make the audience hate her. Disabling the robot in a comical way would take it out of the fight though and maybe make the audience like her more for being a merciful opponent.
