Neither side can win. Unless it's a waiting game, then Alucard would eventually win once the planet dies and Arcueid, having lost the source of her power, fades away.

Arcueid can't permanently kill Alucard, unless her being the embodiment of the planet or her Marble Phantasm have some ability that we're not aware of. On the other hand, nothing Alucard has can really hurt Arcueid. Blessed bullets, silver, melted Christian crosses, none of these would have any effect on her. Even if he could still summon his massive army, it still wouldn't accomplish anything since none of them would have any means to harm her.

Basically, they can't hurt each other, as far as we know at the moment. Arcueid can kill Alucard over and over and over all she wants, but death is meaningless for him now. Alucard can shoot her, transform into a dog, punch her, whatever, but in terms of sheer stats, Arcueid has the overwhelming advantage.

Maybe the Shikis could. When Tohno Shiki fought Nrvnqsr Chaos, even though he was an existence made up of 666 individual lives, Shiki responded by directly killing the very "existence" of Nrvnqsr directly. In other words, the very concept of Nrvnqsr was wiped out.

So it'd be less a matter of trying to kill an Alucard, but rather trying to kill the very concept of Alucard itself.

Alucard is like the homunculus in FMA he isn't unstoppable but he's just a tough bastard to kill so you have to keep striking him down to defeat him (while not getting absorbed by him).

By the end of Hellsing he's technically immortal but he's completely weakened because he's half non-existent.

It depends on which takes priority, the absolute death inflicted by the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, or Alucard's uncertain existence principle. Ryougi can kill concepts and Tohno can also kill concepts under certain limited situations.

Trying to physically harm Arcueid is like trying to hurt a natural disaster like a tornado or an earthquake. Planetary backup also means that Arcueid's stats will always be two ranks higher than Alucard's.
