Give every girl that isn't Haruka, Chihaya and Miki more screentime.

Have it so producer-san is killed in the accident after saving Haruka. The rest of the anime would focus on Haruka coping with her guilt and trying not to kill herself.

Fix the Hibiki episode also give some of Haruka's screentime to the other characters.
