You have to take the whole show into account. Not just a couple of story arcs here and there.

My personal ranking: 5Ds = DM > GX > ZEXAL>ARC-V. VRAINS is too early to tell.

I liked GX the most, then DM then the rest.

5Ds and Arc-V had really good first halves while GX and Zexal had really good second halves.

I just want one Yugioh that is good beginning to end.

Zexal > DM > GX > 5Ds > Arc-V

Maybe try the original manga? The very beginning is a little rough and Kaz's health did some damage to the final arc, but otherwise it's consistently awesome.
