EVA is one my favorites of all time it truly hit me hard. i'm in college right now (my last year) and i'm depressed as fuck. it gave me hope that things will get better one day for now i need to keep my shit together and move on

I got my job. And I learned a new language. And it finally forced me to look after my body properly, which led to me getting relatively /fit/.

Mostly helped me make a few friends. That said, I grew up right next to a Japanese neighborhood and my dad for some reason had really old recorded VHSes of Osomatsu-kun (the original 60's television series) and Speed Racer, and nearly every episode of that, too; as well as a bunch of old late 60's and early 70's anime (surprisingly no Astroboy).

My dad's kind of a weird guy.

Anime gave me a bunch of niche fetishes tied to random parts of my body so now I get hard whenever someone touches or breathes on my ears, hands, upper arms or back and I once came my pants from a kiss on the cheek

Looks utter shit. The thights are too high, and those thighs are too skinny. Also, why the fuck do people even like high heels anyways? All it does is deform feet which could be enjoyed better in comfy tennis shoes with short socks.

I made bunch of friends on /a/

Not really much, actually. MGS is the most influencing thing in my life, i had not watched much anime until a few years ago. Through Hidamari Sketch, i discovered pleasure in the comfy things in life. Eva taught me people feel alone all the time, and NHK and the likes taught me the value of being an autist.

The best benefit was kind of a collateral damage. Someday I decided to write a fanfic, because Naruto's fucktardry with the plot and the characters irritated me. Thing is, the fic is the first thing I really tried to write in English.

In the process of doing that shit, I became better at writing in general and with the language, so... thank you for going apeshit with the plot, Kishimoto, seriously.
