In fact, the idea that Accel would actually choose to not be a villain actually pissed him off (causing him to shank Yomikawa in the first place, to bait Accel). Hell, Kakine's words imply he'd rather be killed by a villain than be spared by a hero (or a non-villain). So in a hypothetical fight with Touma, Kakine might not stop until either Touma dies (unlikely) or he dies.

I've been curious about something lately. Accel has the ability to reflect everything that's thrown at him. When the Imouto's are shooting at him he's able to reflect the bullets back at them, but when a car is trying to run him over, it doesn't get pushed back even slightly and it's basically like it hits a wall. Why is that? Shouldn't the bullets also act like they've hit a wall, or shouldn't a car get pushed back?

No, you don't get to arbitrarily decide what characters get to be talked about or not. Car fronts are soft and designed to crumple on impact. It could have to do with the size of the object and reflection surface as well. A car is large, so the reflection is probably only pushing on the front surface of the car, causing it to crumple. He was very upset that it didn't reach Aleister and cried out because of that but there's no indication he was actually straining to deliver the attack. Accelerator mentions that he seldom manually laters vectors in OT5. His control of the wind and altering the bioelectricity of LO are one of the few times he hadn't (at the time) by his own admission. This almost implies that everything Accelerator did before that was with his barrier only. He may be able to trick his barrier into launching offensive attacks. It is a possibility at least.

The anime is really bad about cutting novel content regardless of which season. Some of it is understandable, some of it is outright baffling.
I'd not want to spoil much, but I'll start by mentioning the anime's criminal exclusion of Tsuchimikado's realization of what Crowley was really doing with Kazikiri. (They forgot to include anything about the Sisters role in it)
The second season repeats this shit by excluding some pretty damn important Kazikiri moments. And the moments they do include are even more confusing.
I understand that this is the challenge that comes with adapting from a novel, but some of this shit could have been so much easier for viewers to understand with just 1-2 more lines of dialogue.

So what does Kamijou's charge bar actually do? It's not obvious like it is for Misaka and it doesn't appear to activate and drain automatically or with any button I see.
