Dropped it the moment the author stuck Mine safely in plot stasis after that bullshit with her at the execution, and glad I never looked back. Now I'm just happy this series is Akame ga Dead!

That execution ground sequence was the last thread I remember reaching max hype. With Lubbock dead, Budou being a huge disappointment and the manga becoming more predictable in general, a large amount of people seemed to lose interest all at once.
