Ryusei shows up in Nekonaki-chō. He is an asshole that breaks several of Tiger's (the boss) rules like begging from humans and lewd activity with a female cat. They fight. Proving his strength, Ryusei leaves, saying he's looking for a male tri-color cat with a scar over its eye.
Ryusei finds himself getting beat up by two members of Golden Cat Tails. Tiger shows up to offer Ryusei his boss position, but the offer is refused. Ryusei is moved by Tiger's dedication cat harmony, but more importantly, Tiger briefly resembled the male tri-color he's looking for. They beat Kimbi and Kimbi.
At their gathering, Tiger announces that it's unusual for the Tails to be moving so suddenly, so they must have a new boss as the two goons mentioned. The Nekonaki gang's intel gatherer Madara confirms that the new boss is indeed the male tri-color with a scar over his eye >>160906724 They decide to go to the Golden Cat Tails' hideout to confirm this. Mii gets kidnapped.
The mysterious new boss of the Tails doesn't like that a female cat was taken. Tiger and Ryusei arrive; the other cats from their gang got separated due to various distractions. The new boss appears and Ryusei goes "You're...!" >>160907596
