A great source of comedy for me in High school

Only a couple episodes, never subbed.
It was a bunch of skits revolving around a woman that had a variety of hilarious but embarrassing accidents. After the accident, a IRL old guy would pop on screen and jabber incomprehensibly about the situation.
Example: Lady gets out of the bath, slips, trips, falls, and slides out of her apartment and ends up fellating a doorknob of her neighbor, just as he's coming out of his apartment.
The animation disappears, the old man pops up, says some stuff in japanese, and then the next skit airs.
