I can only pray S4 will be alright. But knowing how the series has been going, it will take place during winter in Halver.
Or at the very least they're going to visit Halver, which will probably increase cast bloat.

The problem is which girls get focus. I think the better solution is limiting the solo episodes and have characters do things in groups. Also follow Symphogear's lead and do a 2cour next.

I think having arcs occur with the nations would be good as well. Like start in Biscotti first, then a few episodes in Galette, then a few in Pastillage, and if Halver is in the mix, one or two there.
But then again, typing that out sounds like it would be a mess too.
