Yes but not directly. We don't know what Shanks is capable of. We know that he has the status of a yonko and that you only get this rank if you are a powerhouse.
The only feat Shanks has shown is finishing a war just by arriving. Everything else needs to be assumed through the abilities of people that are considered to be at around the same level as him. Who are the other yonko and the admirals.

I personally hope that he currently is the strongest person to be alive. He got hyped way to long for his fight to disappoint.
