Between worlds in the far up heavens, cosmic stability is ensured by a mysterious organization called the Administration. Your first paragraph is important, like a opening page in a brand new manga you have to capture your reader's attention or they're going to just move on to a different work.

You're not easing the reader into your work, you just dropped a very bold statement without warning. That by itself isn't bad, sometimes it's great to start off with a bang. What you should be concerned with is how you follow up on this.

You did a sudden transition between your character's disdain for his class to the world without first explaining what is it that makes him feel this way. Following your first sentence you can further explain just what is it that makes class boring for him. Otherwise it leaves the reader confused since you're assuming they'll know what is it the main character hates about the class.

You need to be more bold, using an adverb every once in a while isn't bad but in this passage there's five alone. Using the word maybe so much makes it repetitive to read as well. But at least now you're trying to establish some kind of character. He has some understanding that his miserable outlook on life is his own fault, which may frustrate him.

But then you throw that buildup out the window. This can work in comedy where you can try and make people laugh due to unexpected outcomes. However if this is a serious story then you should consider saying it differently. Instead of something pathetic a middle school boy would say, make him sound hopeless again. "Whether I try to better myself or do nothing, the results are always the same." sounds better than "Nah, too much work," though your intended outcome doesn't change.

I edit your first paragraph, since I don't know your character on the same level you do, you should make your revisions. Either way here's an example of what I was talking about:

This is becoming longer than expected.
So inside the room our protagonist is now lies a small terminal. He walks up to it the machine recognizes him and reads out unit 77 432. It follows up by bringing up a small screen which shows his body.

The more or less square table like fixture opens up and prompts him to enter. His body is opened up and the machine utilizing many arms repairs his body as well as memory. It also verifies him non corrupted and mentally sound.

The octagon like room opens up by that I mean a staircase emerges out of the floor seemingly out of nowhere.

He walks down for what seems like a long time. Eventually reaching a small door. Inside there is no light and its a place of pure darkness. As he enters he hears a familar warm voice. He can't quite place it.

A hologram woman walks up to him and the entire room lights up. He falls backward and
the floor effortlessly morphs into the chair. SHe sits down across from him and begins the exposition.

He learns here that he was one of her favorite android and that she hated having to send him out but she is happy he made it back.

They were two things. They acted as preservatiion of humanity as their bodies were exceptionally diffcult to destroy and could withstand time. But they were also sent out yearly to the surface to wander the earth for 100 years to survey it.

After that time they supposed that most would come back to the signal but he was the only one that had so far. His memory mechanism was one of the few that survived. They were sent out to figure out if the world was good enough to return to.

But when Guy meets her family, they realize he's not only clueless about everything but thinks they are all from different anime!

Beyond the ghetto, monsters called "poleese" make sure that nobody ever escapes Prizon, but Travyon and his new friends are eager to prove them wrong.

A boy falls in love with a girl, he tells her of his feelings and is rejected because she's not into him. An accident at a Japanese particle accelerator causes several tears in space-time across parallel universes. A few days after his rejection, as the boy sulks, the girl who rejected him finds him sitting in a park, walks up to him and gives him, gives him a kiss and behaves as if they're a couple. He's completely dumbfounded but rolls with it. The next day, when he recounts that park's events to the girl at school, she has no recollection of it. Turns out the girl he was with is an alternate universe version of the girl he likes. He goes back to the park and finds the girl he was with yesterday sitting there with an alternate universe version of himself. After he confronts himself, they get an inkling of an idea of whats going on.

You can fill in the blanks, basically this all leads to a love triangle between the MC, his alt universe self and the girl. Also they question the nature of love, of course.

Try skipping forward to a part in the story that's more fun to write.

Getting through big blocks of dialogue and settings takes a lot more effort, but when I'm just flowing through action sequences I can write 2000+ words a day easy.

Or you could try writing about something that's not necessarily about the main story itself, but the universe its in. Mine's a fantasy setting so I like to write short snippets about magical artifacts, locations, battles, and wizards that may never even show up while I'm not feeling it.

Also I highly recommend writing even just 100 words a day if you're not feeling it, because the longer you go without writing the harder it is to get back into it.

Series starts with MC, a bullied student getting ready to commit suicide by jumping off the school roof. The downside is once someone has entered the den their life force is constantly ticking down bit by bit, the old saying 'the house always wins' quite literal here, the only way to stay alive is to keep coming back and gamble.

Series follows MC and idol as the gamble in the den learning different games and interacting with different beings and humans while enduring lows and enjoying highs (low life force leading to depression and negative traits, excess leading to hyper positive). Art style would be similar to Death Parade. Series climax is MC gambling his life entire life force to save idol who lost it all and free them from the den's life drain.

an anime about the psychology of attraction

In this universe, all people have what is called "propinquity", which is essentially a score of how attractive someone finds you. propinquity is gained passively by just being around someone. interacting with them actively increases propinquity. the higher your propinquity, the more likely you are to become friends with a person up to a hard cap, were the second half of attraction comes in; physical attraction. physical attraction is the baseline of propinquity that people when they first meet. you are attracted to them this much, if your propinquity reaches 100% you either become sexual partners or best friends. (propinquity score*attraction score)/10=your current propinquity with a person.

The narrative follows 4 couples who all exist tangentially to eachother as they find love/friendship. First couple is very straight forward, short girl has very big crush on the big guy. while her propinquity is closed to maxed out on him, he doesn't know she likes him. he's interested but doesn't know her that well. venting to her teacher about this, she pairs them up and you see his Propinquity score of her go up. this 3 episode arc represents physical attraction in "types", lots of people like a certain type of person that shares alot of physical characteristics. second 3 ep arc is about the teacher who helped the first couple and her colleague, as well as a new teacher starting, this represents work friendships. 3rd arch is about best friendship, and how not all attraction is sexual. last one is about family friendship or "like family" levels of propinquity.

such things like scores are portrayed above the character's heads. while the characters can't see them, the viewer can and understand how much different actions affect the relationship.

thats it really, besides that the relationships continue outside of the maint narrative. the first couple by the end are both very much in love and can be seen in the background doing shit

I already used this as my idea for a decent Isekai and I'd like to see what you folks think of it so heres my idea.

It's not a happy go lucky style adventure show like one piece but more original berserk like dark and gritty tale of thieves, murderers, extortionists, money launderers and rogues on a ship, who kidnap, pillage, ravage and even hijack for money.
Ending is them getting caught and being sent to the gallows.

But, before they get hanged one of them manages to tell their story to prison guard who in his boredom writes some of it down and makes doodles, then years later said guards descendant finds the notes, cleans them up a bit, comes up with tons of shit and writes a book.

Then many years later an anime series is made of their exploits
THEN through some magic a Japanese highschool girl raises the pirates ghosts from the dead.
She is horrified by the fact that the pirates are actually cutthroat rogues who would like to get back to pillaging and raping but are physically incapable of doing that.
They instead start watching anime and like to laugh at the shit they have written on the show about them.

An anime about a cooking competition. The host (guy fieri lookalike) turns out to be an evil villain that travels around to restaurants and brainwashes the cooks to put mindcontrol chips in the food that take control of the people there.
First season is the cooking competition and at the end they find out the host is a villain and Second Season they try to stop him. On the way they rescure towns from bizarre curses and shit, solving murders, exposing corrupt officials, etc. It would be a long runner like DBZ or JoJo but will never end because they can never stop the main villain because he can freeze, erase, rewind, fast forward, and reset time so he's always 10 steps ahead of him. Also lots of references to other anime and western influences.
Also MC a lazy hikkikomori named Rando who learned how to cook from anime. There's also a cute girl who just wants to be a housewife. More major characters are a buff fat dude who loves to cook, a smol loli who possesses a special herb that makes everything taste good (it turns out to be just water), and a fancy schmancy guy with curly hair named Nancy. The other contestants are not that important but they're really bizarre. Main villain is named Guy.

A girl falls in a love with a boy.

Unable to confess, she is gifted with a deus ex machina in the form of a new cell phone that allows her track any form of digital communication coming from the one she loves. This leads her to find him in a series of posts in a certain type of thread that pops up on a certain anonymous image board that she could never reach from any other terminal in her universe.

With no way for her to see him in person and the utmost desire to avoid inflicting the same pain she feels from the distance between them, she vows to never ever let him know the truth of her one remaining connection to him. Nevertheless she still longed for dialogue with him and so she participates in the threads he was so very fond of.

Often times she would write up new ideas for him to mull over and enjoy. Some times she would repeat them if he had not shown up to review it. And in her most desperate moments, she would employ the meme born out of those threads in hopes that he would answer it back in the usual fashion he always did. Having discovered the nature of true love and been cursed by its revelation, the girl continues to pursue that little solace their little exchanges bring her.

However, she knows that can only go on for so long. One day, regardless of however far it may stray from its inspiration, the boy will finish recounting their tale and his thoughts for her will end with it. Can she welcome that ending with her own? Or will her feelings for him stay painfully unresolved?

A middle-ranking Yakuza member enjoys his "job" and often does it with more-than-needed brutal violence.

After finishing what seems to be an exotic (yet not outlandish) job where the MC and his team blew up and looted an European ship, the entire Yakuza leadership and officers were slowly being picked off one by one. The MC is outwardly scared of this mystic force, but deep down is envious of their arts of being silent.

The silent assassinations reached an ending peak when the MC happens to be in the main branch office that the Yakuza's leader happens to be in at the same time, and managed to discover the mystic forces that was killing off the Yakuza all this time: A 4-man mercenary squad donning masks that were hired by a contractor (who happens to own the European cargo ship). However he was a moment too late when the Yakuza's head was shot fatally.

In an ensuing battle where the MC was soon defeated by the 4 man squad, the leader of the squad points a pistol at the MC's head and fires it.

A hole was made in the ground exactly 5 mm away from the MC's head, when the leader decided to communicate with the MC, and tried to "recruit" him, with coercion. Without a central body to lead him as well as reasons to stay in Japan (Yakuza is his life), he reluctantly agrees to join the squad.

When offered a traditional / Oriental mask with the character "Honor" on it as well as Yakuza-centric weaponry, the MC refuses them as he decided that "he was killed in the past".

Donning a black, transparent mask on his face whiling putting a silencer on, the MC looks at the squad leader's face.

"From now on I'm a ghost"

And so begins the MC's journey to being one of the most deadliest mercenary the world has ever seen.

When his mother entered the room, she can’t believe what is happening and totally freaks out before getting killed by his waifu with a sword. MC3 panics, takes all the money and flees to Japan with his waifu.

In this story, the cold war ended on much friendlier and agreeable terms between the east and the west, somewhere in the early 80s.
The leaders of the world all come together, sincere in their wish to create a better future for all of humanity.

The only problem is, what are the block powers to do with their secret arsenal of weaponry and surveillance equipment, not to mention the army of spies, terrorists, black ops, courtesans, torturers, and assassins, most trained from a young age to deeply hate the ideological opposition and being extremely distrustful, paranoid and scheming by nature of their job?

The answer is, to not disturb the peace preparations, they are all sent undercover to a small-medium italy/croatia-esque fictional mediterran island with very unclear (some say entirely made up) instructions and the strict order that leaving the island before the end of their (most non-existant) mission is punishable by death. Were they just disposed of here to rot? Is this whole peace project a sham? Is there a much deeper secret to be uncovered?

Focuses on a mix of classic Frederik Forsyth-esque spy techniques with stylish mediterran SoL about a bunch of dangerous and paranoid people, many ideological arch enemies, having to live in close vicinity to each other - as well as the individual coping or deny strategies about their situation.
Featuring MKULTRA, Gladio, the RAF, the japanese red army, all kinds of three letter agencies, various LSD and mind control experiments and a cameo appearance by Carlos the jackal.
