Calling it an orphanage is tempting, but I see a couple problems. While orphanage is technically an accurate translation of 児童養護施設, they're just calling it 施設 in the chapter. And if 児童養護施設 is more commonly translated as child care institution as in >>160218324 it could hinder anyone seeking to look up more information because they have the wrong term. Calling it an orphanage may also create too strong an impression that Kogarashi's an orphan, when we don't know if he's an orphan or just has shitty parents. So it's a tough call, I lean towards leaving it as Institute, as that's not something it's all that unusual crop up in the names of schools, hospitals, orphanages, etc. Given the context of the chapter, most people should make the link to it being an orphanage of some kind fairly easily.

I don't think that "Did your memories revert back too...?!" works. In the Japanese, Yuuna's definitely saying 'did your memories (revert) to childhood', not 'did your memories also (revert)'. So putting "too" instead of "to your youth" changes the meaning a bit. Plus the "too" doesn't really match up with things well. No one mentions Kogarashi reverting to a child on that page. It's mentioned on the previous page, but Yuuna's thinking it, not saying it. So having Yuuna say "too" comes kind of out of nowhere as far as the conversation goes.

So I'd say leave it as "Did your memories revert back to your youth...!?" unless you can think of a better phrasing for that.
