SAFWY was a series he did for fun. These novels have to answer questions about the SK and history of SS. It's no surprise that so many different characters are featured + this way he lets us know what happened to them after the war since Kubo never bothered to.

As a novel about a wedding it's disappointing as Matsubara mostly avoids showing what goes inside the minds of the groom and the bride, so the way it's written feels really technical. (Renji and Rukia go here, then they go there. They meet A, B, C and D. Paperwork. The ceremony starts. Bam, MARRIED.)

Yes, very comfy and laid-back. It was set 3 years after the war, and we got to see what happened to different characters. Nice interactions between Rukia/Renji, Rukia/Renji/Byakuya, the gang back in the human world etc.

I really like how Rukias happiness was mentioned a lot. The ceremony scene was really nice, going into detail how Rukia looked and Byakuya wished for her to be happy but whispered it low enough for her to only hear. He also planned the entire wedding for them because he knows first-hand how troublesome the entire process is to set-up. Rukia had cute moments like getting super flustered after realizing she took Renjis last name and announcing the engagement to Orihime.

It also sold real well.

Yeah those are scene changes, there's multiple scene changes within a single chapter. But so far we have a prologue and 5 chapters which have been split into seven parts:

- chapter 2 - p3 on app (Fullbringer chapter)

Candice, Meninas and NaNaNa are more or less confirmed. But it's implied that there are more Sternritter. Basically every Sternritter who had a salvageable corpse is possible: Bazz-B, Cang Du, Askin, BG9 and Haschwalth.

Third pic: Michibane Aura. A nun and leader of a religious end-time suicide sect that was formed in response to the earthquakes after the Soul King's death. The sect is called X-Cution for some reason and they want to reach the promised land. Michibane is said to be able to perform miracles and may possible have the ability to see into the future.

The more bits of info we get, the more I think Kubo was the one to pull the plug on his series actually. I think his declining health and fucked up shoulder were two main factors, but I think there was a bunch of other stuff as well. Why would JUMP want to cancel a series that's doing fine in sales? It just doesn't make sense to me. Also say it was cancelled, JUMP is still suppose to give him a few months notice so even then he would still know the time-frame he was working with so it's still his fault. With the way the pacing changed in the final chapters, the whole timeskip, and the missing characters(who's statues were all left to novels) it just feels like Kubo was the one to end his series.

He's a pitiful individual that chases the trite cliche of "dying epically", and yet he either seeks out the weakest opponents he can find - such as the half-dead Ichigo and Grimmjow, or the weak colonies of Hollows he was supposed to check out for possible recruits on Aizen's behalf. Or when he picks on Nelliel's fracciones to cheat a victory out of her, as I mentioned earlier.

His whole argument with her is "you're a woman, you're supposed to be weak, I don't like you. KIERO".
A woman was stronger in the past, and in the HM arc he was still weaker than a woman - who didn't try to confront since Aizen was around this time.

These are not arguments at all for how well written the character is. Hes obviously one of the characters that Kubo put the most thought into. His whole philosophy is very interesting and refreshing, and most of the things he said about hollows were true. The Espada were wiped out and even completely forsaken by Aizen himself. Hollows are creatures that are destined to be treated as mere beasts, and Nnoitra hated that. He didn't like the hand he was dealt, so he sought to become stronger so that he could at least die as a warrior, not as a beast. He hated Nelliel because she looked down on him. Not because she was a woman. That doesn't even make sense because strength in bleach is defined by Reiatsu, not muscles or anything like that. He just said that because he didn't feel like explaining himself to Tesla.

At the end of the day, Nnoitra was the most human Espada. He was the only Espada that grew stronger and wanted more than to be just a hollow. He's a heavily flawed character that actually reacts to the environment around him. He's not likeable at all, but he's relatable once you understand his views on life.
