Probably its most beautiful, but not its best animated. To have characters with such a complex design have great animation movements requires a HUGE budget, which frankly, I doubt Kyoani would take chances and invest it. I'm sure they'll put in enough movement into this project, but not animation to rival that of Nichijou. Kadokawa actually spent a pretty penny on the show, which is why it looked and moved so great.
