The artstyle in the manga is better than in the anime, and it's not similar to Kuzu no Honkai. In Kuzu manga you can barely to say who is who. The drawings were nice, but the same face syndrome was over 9000. Here the characters are more distinctive.

I think Nisaka figured out some time ago that Takasaki loved Neji. Nisaka then confronted her one day about it, and might have even been the one that convinced Takasaki to show up at the park. It makes sense since Nisaka's pretty smart and doesn't mind stoking the fire, such as when he specifically called out Takasaki during class to come look at a picture of Lilina.
