In the LN accelerator begins charging a small plasma ball dragon ball z style to kill touma, in railgun accelerator gets punched by touma, hits the ground, the wind starts, accelerator begins doing his absolute power rant, he uses the wind to create a tornado, then begins creating "enough plasma to destroy everything for miles".
