Sorry I have a narrow definition of "harm". I play PD2 frequently and tie up civs so I don't think that counted as them being harmed..physically if that matters.
And again, I wont go much into it. You gotta to have something as a base to keep the story flow smooth. If there are things that dont make logical sense to certain people (me in this case), then so be it.
I don't have a strong affinity for ecchi / fanservice anyway
