A dragon lord, one of the six, an equal to the red dragon that you already saw. I haven't read anything about her though, just got it from spoilers here. She is almost certainly a Black Dragon.

In the novels, the red dragon basically is a friend of hers and recommended the place. As a black dragon, her name is just "Black". She ended up working as a waitress in exchange for all the chicken curry that is left by closing time.

Spoilers from the wiki about how the magic resturant came to be:
The previous owner is Chinese, but inherited a Western style restaurant from his parents. After WW2 ended he travelled to Japan and opened a restaurant. While there, he met a woman called Yomi who eventually became his wife.

Yomi is actually a great warrior who was fighting an evil god, and in the process of defeating it accidentally broke space-time and ended up in Japan. She eventually found an antique magic item that open up the portal to her home world, and what started the Iseaki Restaurant 30 years ago.

She is introduced way earlier in the anime than the novels so who knows.

As for technology, does it matter if it is magic or not? I mean, my smartphone might as well be magic, and Google might as well be magic. To a cute hobo like her, it really makes no difference.

Well then it is a good thing I spoilered them. I have to say I have no idea if this anime season would ever get that far, because the spoilers are basically book 2 and beyond. I don't think this season would go beyond book 1, except the moon Kuro girl is also in the show. So maybe we will get into book 2?

I think it's not a matter of getting that far but a matter of if the director chooses to squeeze them in-between the episodic stories. And I think they might very well add in some slow burn progression and lore dumps to the anime.

I wanted to like it, but I've never seen such transparently formulaic plot writing before. Episode 2 was so below average, it bumped my impression of the show from potential AOTS contender to something I will probably only watch out of habit.

The door will just dump her back in the Isekai world where she previously entered. Even if she stayed until the restaurant is in Japan. I don't think the rsturant has any other exits.

The manga adoption is likely going to offer hints on what the anime will be doing. But it is only conjecture. It is also possible that the anime will go faster than the manga.

Only six? I've tried out 29 new shows. I'll probably only watch 15 or so, including continuations, but that's the fun part about the first week of a new season. You get the go into a lot of new anime fresh, without being trolled/spoiled or having the fun of something new ruined for you by /a/ or other segments of the fanbase. If you were trying to go for the whole "I have two dozen years of anime watching experience, my taste is super refined" argument, then you blew it when you said that the AOTS could be a toss up between Centaur no Nayami and Symphogear. I mean, it's a legitimate defense to say that you only watch the top rated anime and don't have the time or energy to try out only 30 or so first episodes spread out over a couple weeks at the beginning of each season, fine. Some people are casual about their hobbies (i.e., women). But you aren't making that argument with the examples you have given.

The animation is meh and I saw "quality" everywhere. Not to mention it has no plot rather than

I've been watching anime since 1996, though when I was younger I watched a few localized anime like Maya the Bee and the Noozles. Yes, I know Maya is German in origin, but the animated series was made in Japan. It isn't that hard to believe someone has been watching anime for a mere six years more than I have.
